Why do you focus on play in the workplace?Because adults need recess too. Play has been proven to increase productivity, reduce stress, and strengthen relationships — and yet, it’s the first thing we abandon when we enter the workplace. We’re here to bring it back in intentional, inclusive, and impactful ways.

What is The Holiday Cheer Calendar?It’s a 5-, 10-, or 15-day experience designed to boost morale during the holiday season through short, team-based activities and custom video messages from Santa. All activities are 15–30 minutes, work virtually or in-person, and can be tailored to your team's vibe.

How do we access the content?7 days before your chosen start date, your team will receive a private portal link and PDF vault via email. Inside, you’ll find your video intros/outros, activity instructions, and optional survey tools. Everything is plug-and-play — no complicated setup or facilitation required.

Is this appropriate for professional office environments?Absolutely. While our tone is festive and fun, everything is designed to be corporate-friendly, inclusive, and impact-driven. Think: light-hearted, not cheesy. Fun, but meaningful. Our characters (and content) are crafted to engage adults while still honoring the magic of the season.

Is this religious or holiday-specific?Nope. While the tone is festive and winter-themed, we’ve intentionally designed the program to be inclusive and non-religious. You’ll see themes like teamwork, reflection, and innovation — not any one tradition. Santa keeps it neutral, playful, and professional (with a wink).

What if we have more than 50 employees?We offer tiered pricing for larger teams — and our system is built to scale. You’ll get a private access link for your company, and we’ll guide you through the best way to share it securely with your staff. Need custom videos or live characters for your office party? We do that too. Just ask.

Can this work for remote or hybrid teams?Absolutely. The Holiday Cheer Calendar was built with modern work structures in mind. Every activity is designed to work in person, on Zoom, or asynchronously. If your team can click a link and smile for 20 minutes — they’re a great fit.

Their story began through Alexis’s sister company, Bippity, where she and Joseph collaborated to create inspiring educational content for character entertainers across the globe. What started as a shared passion for storytelling, creativity, and community quickly became a bigger mission: bringing that same sense of wonder, play, and heartfelt connection into the corporate world. With Alexis’ visionary leadership and Joseph’s decades of experience as a professional Santa and founder of NJ Santa & Friends, they’ve reimagined what workplace culture can look like, starting with the magic of the holiday season. Together, they lead The Company With Character’s flagship project, blending laughter, innovation, and genuine human connection into unforgettable experiences for modern teams.
